Wedding Photography Woodhall Hotel & Spa | Leeds Wedding Photographers
I am finally getting around to blogging some of the beautiful weddings i have had the pleasure of photographing. Flash back now to June when Emily & Richard tied the knot. I joined Emily and the girls at their beautiful Countryside Wedding venue – Woodhall Hotel & Spa The stunning West Yorkshire wedding venue is a tranquil country house hotel set in Linton, Wetherby so has lots of accommodation for wedding guests. The views and grounds are absolutely beautiful which makes it an absolutely perfect setting for weddings. The girls were in one of the bridal suites, with Lauren doing hair and Kate doing make-up making them all look flawless!
Once the girls were all done and ready, i headed over to church to catch up with the groom & groomsmen. Luckily the church was only a 5 minute drive away from the wedding venue so i was able to get photographs of them before the ceremony. I left Emily and her bridesmaids relaxing and having a drink. I dashed off in front to get to the church and They waited for their wedding cars to arrive
Unfortunately it looked like it might turn into a rainy wedding day, the bridal party arrived taking shelter under the brollies. Luckily as they were inside saying their vows the sky cleared and the rest of the day was beautiful.
I love a confetti tunnel, its one of the most requested photographs from couples, what better way to complete a church wedding then a blast of confetti.
We then headed back to Woodhall Hotel for their wedding reception which started with drinks reception in their stunning gardens.
Guests were soon asked to take their seats ready for the wedding breakfast and speeches. With a surprise visit from a singing wedding waiter who was absolutely brilliant. He made a very loud entrance tripping up with an ice bucket filled with cutlery. It really grabbed everyones attention before getting up and performing some very well known songs. Everyone was up on their feet dancing, singing and clapping.
After a quick turn around in the room it was time for the evening reception. Emily & Richard cut the cake. Shortly after the evening reception commenced with first dance and lots of partying!
